There is a new clinical study enrolling now for a new treatment called Lebrikizumab for patients formerly on Dupixent. You could have ceased Dupixent due to lack of efficacy, cost, and/or adverse reactions. Important differences between Dupilumab (Dupixent) and Lebrikizumab include receptor vs cytokine targets, respectively, and known strong binding affinity and lack of effect on IL-4 signaling with Lebrikizumab. 2023.03.21 20:30 KingRequiem Unobstructed View or Criterion directly for big orders (500$+) in Canada ?

Usually I don't mind ordering from UV since the prices are fairly comparable and it's a lot less of an hassle, but considering this very slow and very politically outspoken company isn't willing to match the 50% discount (not even 40% on some titles like Inland Empire) and I have three 10$ coupons saved up, I was thinking of comparing and it turns out I'm saving a lot by ordering from Criterion (150$ or so) instead. The 50$ gift code reward for the purchase is always nice too. I just don't know how bad those DHL customs fees actually are.
What should I expect ?

I can't finish Inland Empire.
I am a big fan of David Lynch. I have watched Mulholland Drive, Blue Velvet, Lost Highway, Wild At Heart, Eraserhead and The Elephant Man and I've loves them all. But I just can't bring myself to finish this movie. It's just too long, it bores me, it doesn't make me feel anything and it feels like a collection of random scenes. Should I force myself to finish it?
